Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Adrian was born in Monterrey, Mexico, and became an ordained pastor in 1987 in the Methodist Church in Mexico. He became an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 2000.
He and his wife, Lilly, have been working together in ministry as pastors with an emphasis in evangelism and outreach ministry and love reaching out to their neighbors for Christ.
Before becoming a pastor, he got his first degree as a civil engineer and served the Lord in this way and built some churches and a parsonage in Mexico during this time. He also served as the Methodist camp Director of Sierra Linda in Monterrey, Mexico, managing the property and developing retreats and camps for all ages with the purpose of strengthening relationships with God.
He and his wife Lilly served as pastors for six years in Mexico, before moving to Illinois with their children in 1992.
The two congregations they planted and pastored in Illinois were Jesus es el Señor UMC in Cobden, IL, and Peoria First en Español in Peoria, IL.
After serving God as a church planter, trainer, and coaching churches in several states in the U.S., he came to Pacoima to serve God and to reach the community for Jesus.
Pastor Adrian and Lilly have three adult children, Melany, Victoria, and Isai, and four grandchildren, whom they love spending time with.
