Weekly Emails from Pastor Luis

Dear Family of Pacoima First,
Advent Season
We begin the season of Advent with joy and expectation. This Sunday we begin with the theme of “Hope.” As we expect to celebrate the birth of our Savior, we will move through the season learning and preparing for the “King” that is coming!
You can join us in the Bible study on Wednesday via Zoom. We will begin on December 6th at 6:30 PM.
Prayer and Fasting
Join us each Wednesday for prayer and fasting, asking God to act and solve our “Tax Issue.”
Attached you will find an article about fasting that I consider very fair and appropriate for this occasion.
Let Us Pray and let us include Leola Thomas and her family in our prayers
Let us pray for families traveling during this season.
We keep praying for peace on earth! Especially, we are praying for peace in the Holy Land, as well as so many other places that are dealing with the evils of war. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem…” Psalm 122:6.
